Video shows last hours of Yahya Sinwar, Hamas leader who died in an Israeli attack

The Israeli Army published the video images supposedly showing the house where Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar died, moments before the Israeli attack that caused his death.

In a video of less than a minute published this October 17 by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), you can see the remains of an attacked house where they identify Sinwar as a man sitting on a sofa with his face masked who is missing one hand and who throws a wooden stick with the other without much force towards the drone that is recording.

According to the Arabic spokesman for the Army, Avichay Adraee, in the attack on Wednesday, October 16, they identified three people in a neighborhood of Tel al-Sultan, neighboring Rafah, in the south of Gaza, who, when trying to flee from a house, They attacked.

There supposedly Sinwar, accused of being the mastermind of the October 7, 2023 attacks, fled to another building where the Army opened fire and was found with a bulletproof vest and a gun.

“In the last year, Sinwar tried to escape from Justice, he escaped. We said we would find him and bring him to justice and we have done so. “It was Yayha Sinwar who decided to start the war with Israel, while hiding among civilians in Gaza,” IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari said in a statement today in English.

Who was Yayha Sinwar?
