With a strong flavor, this Warm Salad is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 cup (tea) of fried diced bacon
  • 1 bunch of sanitized lettuce
  • 1 beetroot, grated or sliced
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 2 cups (tea) of chopped cooked green beans
  • 3 boiled potatoes, cubed
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients Sauce

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a large salad bowl, make a layer with the lettuce and distribute the potatoes and green beans on top.
  2. Decorate with beetroot, carrot, tomatoes and bacon.
  3. Mix the sauce ingredients.
  4. Before serving the salad, drizzle it with the dressing.

Mom’s Tips

The cup of yogurt is 200g.

The potatoes and green beans should be cooked until they are tender but firm.

Cherry tomatoes can be substituted for regular tomatoes.

Yields approximately 5 servings.
