Watermelon Punch
Ingredients
- 1 large watermelon
- 1 litro de rum carta prata
- 1 cup (tea) of cherry brandy
- 2 cups (tea) of grapefruit juice
- 1 cup (tea) of lemon juice
- Soda lemonade
Preparation Mode
- Mix the rum, cherry brandy and juices and refrigerate.
- Remove the pulp from the watermelon and chop it into cubes.
- Place some ice cubes in an ice tray, fill with water and place in the freezer.
- Place the remaining pulp in a punch bowl.
- Add cold drinks.
- Mix and add lemonade soda to taste.
- Serve with watermelon ice cubes.
Eggnog in the Punch Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 liters of cream
- 2 cups (tea) of gold rum
- 2 cups (tea) of silver rum
- 2 cups (tea) of brandy
- 1 cup (tea) of apricot liqueur
- ½ kg of icing sugar
- Grated nutmeg
- 12 eggs
Preparation Mode
- Place the egg yolks in a bowl and set the whites aside.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until thick.
- Add the gold rum, stir and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove and add the cognac, silver rum and apricot liqueur.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the cream and add to the egg yolk mixture.
- Place in a punch bowl and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Serve in tall mugs.

Use good quality cream.
