To make this recipe for 4 people, you will need:

  • 800 g of trimmed pig cheeks
  • 6 long pepper berries
  • 2 onions
  • ¼ L of white wine
  • 20 cl of brown veal stock
  • 4 large carrots
  • 4 medium turnips
  • Grapeseed oil
  • 50g butter
  • 1/4 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • Fine gray salt, freshly ground pepper
