
Have you tried a white bean stew? On cold days it is a good choice!
Ingredients
- 2 cups of white beans
- 4 cups of boiling water
- 500 grams of small cubes
- 2 pepperoni sausages in slices
- 200 grams of tomato sauce
- 1 onion in petals
- 1 meat broth cube
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
Preparation mode
- Shop the beans for 12 hours.
- In the pressure cooker, put water, beans, oil and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes after starting the pressure.
- Once cooked, let the pan pressure come out naturally.
- Drain and set aside.
- In another pan, brown the meat in the oil.
- Add boiling water until it covers the meat, tomato sauce, broth, onion and cook until the meat is tender.
- Add the paprika, sausages, beans and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.

Approximate yield of 8 portions.
Bacon in fried cubes can be added to the stew.
Serve with white rice.
