Have you tried a white bean stew? On cold days it is a good choice!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of white beans
  • 4 cups of boiling water
  • 500 grams of small cubes
  • 2 pepperoni sausages in slices
  • 200 grams of tomato sauce
  • 1 onion in petals
  • 1 meat broth cube
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Preparation mode

  1. Shop the beans for 12 hours.
  2. In the pressure cooker, put water, beans, oil and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes after starting the pressure.
  3. Once cooked, let the pan pressure come out naturally.
  4. Drain and set aside.
  5. In another pan, brown the meat in the oil.
  6. Add boiling water until it covers the meat, tomato sauce, broth, onion and cook until the meat is tender.
  7. Add the paprika, sausages, beans and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.

Mother Tips

Approximate yield of 8 portions.
Bacon in fried cubes can be added to the stew.
Serve with white rice.
