Lemon Cream Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- ½ cup lemon juice
Mousse preparation method
- In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate and add the cream, condensed milk and liqueur.
- Mix well and add the whipped cream. Reserve.
How to prepare lemon cream
- Mix all ingredients until you obtain a consistent cream.
