Ingredients Dough

  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 cup (tea) of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 6 egg whites
  • 6 cute
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Ingredients Filling and Topping

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 1 cup (tea) of milk
  • 100 grams of fresh grated coconut
  • 4 cute

Ingredients Topping (optional)

  • 1 can of cream
  • 400 grams of melted white chocolate

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Grease and flour a medium-sized pan.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and beat just enough to mix.
  5. Place the dough in the pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked.

Preparation Method Filling

  1. Set aside the cream.
  2. In a pan, heat the remaining filling ingredients over medium heat.
  3. Stir until it comes away from the pan and thickens.
  4. Remove, add the cream and mix well.
  5. Fill the cake.

How to Prepare the Topping

  1. Mix the ingredients and cover the cake.
  2. Decorate as desired.
  3. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour.

Mom’s Tips

The glass of coconut milk is 200 ml.

If you prefer, you can use another topping of your choice.

Yields approximately 15 servings.
