
Ideal for calendar days, mousse is a quick and quick dessert to make. The white chocolate mousse with strawberries is a temptation. Prove!
Ingredients
- 200 grams of chopped white chocolate
- 1 can of sour cream
- 1 cup of crumpled ricotta
- 1 cup of mini sighs
- 2 cups of chopped strawberries
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- Strawberries to decorate
Preparation mode
- In a blender, beat the strawberries, 4 tablespoons of sugar and lemon juice.
- Place the mixture in a pan, the remaining sugar and bring to low heat, stirring constantly until the jam.
- Let cool.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or a water bath.
- In a blender, beat the ricotta, sour cream and melted chocolate until a homogeneous mixture.
Assembly
- Distribute the mini sighs in individual cups.
- Spread over the sighs a little strawberry jam.
- Over the jam, complete with the chocolate mixture.
- Take to freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate with strawberries and serve.
Mother Tips
Approximate yield of 4 portions.
You can use mini sighs and industrialized strawberry jam, but know that, jelly and home sighs are better. If you are left with egg whites, make the mini home sighs.
