Green Mayonnaise Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of green chile
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.

To obtain green scent: Finely chop equal proportions of chives and parsley.
Serve the sauce with toast, chips or French fries.
White sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 can of whey-free cream
Preparation Mode
- Dissolve the wheat flour well in half a glass of milk.
- Place a pan with the margarine over low heat to melt.
- Next, add half a liter of milk, salt and dissolved flour and stir continuously until it thickens.
- Remove from the heat and add the whey-free cream and stir well.
Mom Tips
To easily remove the whey from the cream: with the can resting, turn it upside down, pierce the can in three places and drain the whey.
Use the white sauce in pasta dishes such as pasta in white sauce, lasagna or as a topping for baked rice.
