Another version of cheese bread that is a national passion. Yum…!

Ingredients

  • 1 and ¾ cup (tea) of sweet or sour cassava starch
  • ½ cup (tea) of whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup (tea) of oil
  • ½ cup (tea) of soy milk
  • ¼ dessert spoon of salt
  • 100 grams of tofu cheese
  • 2 eggs

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. Place the tapioca flour in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Boil the milk, oil and salt.
  4. Pour over the reserved tapioca flour and then mix with the wheat flour, stirring constantly.
  5. Add the cheese, eggs and mix with your hands.
  6. Shape the rolls, place them on an ungreased baking tray and bake until lightly golden.
  7. Serve immediately.

Mom’s Tips

Tofu: a type of soy “cheese”; obtained from soy milk.

The bread roll yields approximately 30 units.
