Ingredients

  • 1 chopped fruit panettone
  • ½ cup (tea) of jelly
  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 pots of whole natural yogurt
  • 1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder (12 grams)
  • ½ cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rum

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a 23 cm diameter ring mold with oil. Set aside.
  2. In ½ cup (tea) of cold water, hydrate the gelatin.
  3. Heat in a bain-marie until dissolved and set aside.
  4. In a blender, beat the yogurt with the gelatin, rum, sugar and cream until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Pour more than half of the cream into the pan.
  6. Add the panettone and press lightly.
  7. Add the remaining cream and cover with plastic wrap.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Unmold and spread the jelly over the flan.

Mom’s Tips

The jam can be apricot, grape, cherry, strawberry or whatever you prefer.

If you prefer, you can make the flan in individual pots.

Yields approximately 12 servings.
