Ingredients

  • 240 grams of wheat flour
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 80 ml corn oil
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 chopped dwarf banana
  • 2 large apples, chopped with the skin on
  • 50 grams of seedless raisins
  • 50 grams of chopped walnuts
  • 50 grams of almonds
  • Butter to grease the pan
  • Cinnamon to grease the pan
  • Sugar to grease the pan
  • Nuts and almonds for decoration

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a round springform pan with butter, cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and yeast.
  3. Add the eggs and oil and mix until you get a thick crumble.
  4. Add the apples, banana, raisins and walnuts.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place in the reserved pan, decorate with almonds, walnuts and bake in an oven at medium temperature for approximately 40 minutes.
  7. Remove and once cool, unmold.
