Prepare a quick, homemade and very tasty lunch!


  • 1 package of noodles
  • 150 grams of diced bacon or Calabrian sausage rings
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 3 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1/3 cup grated provolone cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 5 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 5 tablespoons of Catupiry® type cream cheese
  • Grated nutmeg to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat, fry the bacon in its own fat or the sausage in oil, stirring until golden.
  2. Drain on paper towel and set aside.
  3. In a pan, over medium heat, melt the butter.
  4. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the milk little by little, stirring until it thickens.
  6. Add the provolone, mozzarella, gorgonzola and cream cheese, nutmeg, pepper and salt.
  7. Mix until the cheeses melt.
  8. Cook the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente.
  9. Drain and mix the sauce.
  10. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. Decorate with the reserved bacon.
  12. Serve.

Mom Tips

The package of noodles contains 500 grams.

If you prefer, also decorate with sanitized, finely chopped parsley.
