Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup bacon (chopped)
- 2 crumbled vegetable bouillon cubes
- 1 kg of boiled and mashed cassava
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped parsley (chopped)
- 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
- breadcrumbs for breading
- Frying oil
Preparation mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, fry the onion and bacon until golden.
- Add the vegetable broth, mandioquinha, tomatoes and green smell.
- Saute for 5 minutes.
- Pour the wheat flour at once and mix until it disgraces from the bottom of the pan.
- Remove from the heat, wait for it to cool and shape the croquettes.
- Roll in breadcrumbs and fry, little by little, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve.
