  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 cup bacon (chopped)
  • 2 crumbled vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 1 kg of boiled and mashed cassava
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped parsley (chopped)
  • 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • breadcrumbs for breading
  • Frying oil

Preparation mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, fry the onion and bacon until golden.
  2. Add the vegetable broth, mandioquinha, tomatoes and green smell.
  3. Saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the wheat flour at once and mix until it disgraces from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Remove from the heat, wait for it to cool and shape the croquettes.
  6. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry, little by little, in hot oil until golden brown.
  7. Serve.
