We have to eat fish at least once a week. Try this tasty and nutritious lasagna recipe!
Ingredients
- 3 cups of cooked fish fillet flakes
- 500 grams of pre-cooked lasagna pasta
- 300 grams of coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 can of cream
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 bunch of cooked spinach, squeezed and chopped.
- 4 tablespoons chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Nutmeg to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, melt the butter, add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour and fry for 2 minutes.
- Stirring constantly, add the milk little by little until it thickens.
- Add the spinach and season with nutmeg, pepper and salt.
- Remove from the heat, add the cream and mix.
Assembling the Lasagna
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a medium-sized ovenproof dish, alternate layers of sauce, pasta, sauce, fish and mozzarella cheese.
- Finish with pasta and sauce.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Mom Tips
Fish that you can use: Fillet of sole, whiting or Saint Peter.
Saint Peter (type of tilapia), that is, a fish with white flesh, without bones and with a mild flavor
