A dessert that pleases everyone. Very easy to do! Try it!
Ingredients
- 500 ml chilled fresh cream
- 150 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 100 grams of chopped milk chocolate
- 100 grams of chopped white chocolate
- 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
- ¼ cup (tea) of water
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation Mode
- Melt all the chocolates separately. Reserve.
- Hydrate the gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
- Cook over low heat until dissolved, without letting it boil.
- Using a mixer, beat the cream until it reaches a whipped cream consistency.
- Add the gelatin and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into three parts.
- In the first part, mix the white chocolate.
- Divide the mixture into glasses or bowls and set aside.
- Add the milk chocolate to the second part of whipped cream and spread over the white cream in the glasses or bowls.
- Mix the semi-sweet chocolate and sugar with the remaining whipped cream and place in glasses or bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate to taste.
