A dessert that pleases everyone. Very easy to do! Try it!


  • 500 ml chilled fresh cream
  • 150 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 100 grams of chopped milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of chopped white chocolate
  • 1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin
  • ¼ cup (tea) of water
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

Preparation Mode

  1. Melt all the chocolates separately. Reserve.
  2. Hydrate the gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook over low heat until dissolved, without letting it boil.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the cream until it reaches a whipped cream consistency.
  5. Add the gelatin and mix well.
  6. Divide the mixture into three parts.
  7. In the first part, mix the white chocolate.
  8. Divide the mixture into glasses or bowls and set aside.
  9. Add the milk chocolate to the second part of whipped cream and spread over the white cream in the glasses or bowls.
  10. Mix the semi-sweet chocolate and sugar with the remaining whipped cream and place in glasses or bowls.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  12. Decorate to taste.
