German police have deployed a large operation with 40 officers and helicopter support to search for the person responsible for an attack during a party in Solingen (western Germany) to celebrate the 650th anniversary of the city that has left at least three people dead and an as yet unspecified number injured.

Who is responsible for the attack in Germany?
