His reappearance in Pakistan

After moving away from motorcycling, Axel reappeared in 2019, stating in an interview for ICON that he had also left fashion design and his girlfriend at the time. He also indicated that he had decided to go live in India to try to have a new lifestyle and a spiritual change.

His next appearance was four months ago on a Pakistani travel channel. The young man was seen in the middle of a road with dreadlocks and a backpack, completely barefoot, stating that this has been his life for the last three years.

He revealed, with a smile on his face, that he has crossed 10 countries walkingand is now touring this Asian country. Showing his dirty feet on the asphalt, he said he had a pair of shoes just in case, but he preferred to walk without them. “It’s beautiful, good practice,” he said.

When asked where he is from, he replied: “A little bit of everywhere,” and said that his name is now Isaac and that, after visiting Pakistan, He hopes to tour various parts of India in the coming months. The 33-year-old also claimed he didn’t understand “what the point was in living a life at such a fast pace.”

“I started getting slower and slower, until I started going through the world slowly, appreciating the details of life,” he explained.

For now he plans to continue walking, an experience that he describes as “precious” and transformative for his existence, motivated by “the desire to complete the union with Allah or God.”

“This is our way of praying and practicing, walking,” he concluded.
