Ingredients
- 4 discs of bread for wrap
- 4 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves, washed and chopped
- 1 medium tomato cut into cubes
- 1 small coarsely grated carrot
- 1 broad of atum
- Oil
- salt to taste
- herbs to taste
Preparation mode
- On each bread disc, spread 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese.
- Then distribute the lettuce, tomato, carrot and tuna.
- Season with olive oil, herbs and salt.
- Roll each wrap gently, like a rocambole, squeezing a little so they stand firm.
- Serve with sauce of your choice.
Mother’s Tips
If you prefer, add cucumber strips; tie the wraps with chives.
