Humm…how easy and delicious! Wrap for the end of the day snack. Wrap is a food made with flat bread dough wrapped around a filling. Try our recipe and also use creativity with other fillings of your choice. Check out recipe tips!

Ingredients

  • 4 discs of bread for wrap
  • 4 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves, washed and chopped
  • 1 medium tomato cut into cubes
  • 1 small coarsely grated carrot
  • 1 broad of atum
  • Oil
  • salt to taste
  • herbs to taste

Preparation mode

  1. On each bread disc, spread 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese.
  2. Then distribute the lettuce, tomato, carrot and tuna.
  3. Season with olive oil, herbs and salt.
  4. Roll each wrap gently, like a rocambole, squeezing a little so they stand firm.
  5. Serve with sauce of your choice.

Mother’s Tips

If you prefer, add cucumber strips; tie the wraps with chives.
