Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 5 crushed garlic cloves
- ½ cup dry white wine
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- 900 ml of oil
- 500 grams of washed pearl potatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
Preparation Mode
- Clean and wash the chicken.
- Season with garlic, wine, pepper, salt and bay leaves.
- Let it taste for at least 2 hours.
- In the pressure cooker, add the oil and heat.
- Place the drained chicken breast side down and cover the pan.
- After the pressure starts, count 30 minutes.
- Cool the pan, check that there is no pressure and then open it.

- Add the already washed, whole and unpeeled potatoes.
- Cover the pan and leave for another 10 minutes after the pressure has started.
- Cool the pan, check that there is no pressure and then open it.
- Drain the excess oil from the chicken and transfer to a platter.
- Drain the potatoes on paper towel and season with salt and green chilli.
- Place around the chicken and serve immediately.
