We all love cookies, so why not give in to the XXL cookie? A preparation even more delicious, comforting and regressive than its classic version… and that’s good since Julie Andrieu shares, on Instagram, her version on giga cookie. A sweet treat to share… or not!

Makes 1 large cookie or 15 small ones
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 22 mins
- In a salad bowl, whiten the egg with the brown sugar using a whisk, then add the melted butter. You can take it out a few minutes before the recipe or soften it in the microwave. Mix everything well.
- In another container, mix the flour and baking powder, then add them to the sugar-egg-butter mixture. Add a pinch of salt and stir again with the whisk.
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add them to the preparation. Mix, then remove into a dish and place everything in the fridge for 45 minutes.
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookie dough on it. You should form a circle approximately 20 cm in diameter. Bake for 22 minutes at 170° in a fan oven. Once cooked, let the cookie cool for a few minutes in the open air. There’s nothing like enjoying it with a chocolate sauce or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, while it’s still warm. So you too can find it.”deadly good” ?
To add crunch to this recipe, you can incorporate crushed dried fruits such as walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts into the dough. Remember to roast them for a few minutes in the oven beforehand.
Another idea: make a cookie with a fondant heart. To do this, nothing could be simpler: get some homemade spread, peanut butter or milk jam, dig a small hole in the middle of your cookie dough, fill it with the filling of your choice, then close, and slightly flatten the dough. Once out of the oven, treat yourself to this delicious cookie.
