Ingredients
- 12 ears of green corn
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation Mode
- Remove the straw and lint from the cobs.
- Remove the corn kernels from the cob with the help of a sharp knife, cutting close to the cob.
- In a blender, blend the grains with the milk.
- Pass everything through a sieve, squeezing well.
- Discard the bagasse that remains in the sieve.
- Place the liquid in a pan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- Add sugar, salt, margarine and mix over heat for 3 minutes or until shiny.
- Place in a bowl or distribute into glasses.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Serve hot or cold.
