  • 12 ears of green corn
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Remove the straw and lint from the cobs.
  2. Remove the corn kernels from the cob with the help of a sharp knife, cutting close to the cob.
  3. In a blender, blend the grains with the milk.
  4. Pass everything through a sieve, squeezing well.
  5. Discard the bagasse that remains in the sieve.
  6. Place the liquid in a pan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  7. Add sugar, salt, margarine and mix over heat for 3 minutes or until shiny.
  8. Place in a bowl or distribute into glasses.
  9. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  10. Serve hot or cold.
