Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 chopped seedless tomato
- 1 grated onion
- 1 seedless chili pepper, chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Doritos®-like snacks
Preparation Mode
- Pulp away two avocados.
- Mash with a fork until you obtain a paste.
- Add the tomato, onion, pepper and lemon juice.
- Season with salt.
- Mix until smooth.
- Place the mixture in a refractory dish.
- Serve with snacks.
Mom Tips
Avocado or avocado? Avocado is very nutritious, has more nutrients and contains 10% fewer calories than avocado. It’s my favorite for this recipe.
If you don’t have avocado, replace it with an avocado.
Serve guacamole as an appetizer.
