This typical delicacy of Mexican cuisine cannot be missing from your menu. Try the guacamole!


  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 chopped seedless tomato
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 seedless chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Doritos®-like snacks

Preparation Mode

  1. Pulp away two avocados.
  2. Mash with a fork until you obtain a paste.
  3. Add the tomato, onion, pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Place the mixture in a refractory dish.
  7. Serve with snacks.

Mom Tips

Avocado or avocado? Avocado is very nutritious, has more nutrients and contains 10% fewer calories than avocado. It’s my favorite for this recipe.

If you don’t have avocado, replace it with an avocado.

Serve guacamole as an appetizer.
