It’s impossible to resist a homemade and delicious pastry! Easy to make and excellent for an evening snack. I guarantee that the family will love getting out of their routine.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of pastry dough discs
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- Chopped green olives, to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- 250 grams of creamy Catupiry® type cream cheese
Preparation Mode
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it becomes transparent.
- Add the chicken, tomatoes, green chillies, olives and sauté until the tomatoes wilt.
- Season with pepper and salt, turn off the heat and let it cool.
- Add the Catupiry and mix.
- On each disc of dough, place a spoonful of filling.
- Fold and seal the edges, pressing with the help of a fork.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Remove and drain on paper towel.
Mom Tips
To accompany it, you can serve it with vinaigrette, pepper and a salad of your choice.
