It’s impossible to resist a homemade and delicious pastry! Easy to make and excellent for an evening snack. I guarantee that the family will love getting out of their routine.


  • 500 grams of pastry dough discs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
  • Chopped green olives, to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 250 grams of creamy Catupiry® type cream cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it becomes transparent.
  2. Add the chicken, tomatoes, green chillies, olives and sauté until the tomatoes wilt.
  3. Season with pepper and salt, turn off the heat and let it cool.
  4. Add the Catupiry and mix.
  5. On each disc of dough, place a spoonful of filling.
  6. Fold and seal the edges, pressing with the help of a fork.
  7. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Mom Tips

To accompany it, you can serve it with vinaigrette, pepper and a salad of your choice.
