How about changing the traditional meatball to chicken meatball? Very easy to do!
Ingredients
- 700 grams of ground chicken meat
- 1 packet of onion cream soup powder
- 1 ovo
- 1 and ½ cup (tea) tomato sauce
- ½ cup (tea) of water
- 1 can of cream without whey
- Chopped fresh basil to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, onion cream and egg, kneading with your hands until combined.
- With damp hands, shape the meatballs.
- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the tomato sauce with the water and add the meatballs.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes.
- Add the cream and mix.
- Season with basil, pepper and salt.
- Serve with white rice.
Mom Tips
The whey from the cream settles at the bottom of the can. Turn the can over, make two holes and drain the whey.
Yields 4 servings.
