“IUnfortunately, one person was killed and two others were injured in an enemy attack in Feodosia,” Aksionov wrote on Telegram.
The governor added that six buildings were damaged and residents were evacuated.
“The transport infrastructure is operating normally”, he assured.
The Ukrainian Air Force said today that it destroyed in Feodosia a ship from the Russian fleet in the Black Sea suspected of transporting Iranian drones used by Moscow in the conflict against Kyiv.
Aksionov confirmed, shortly afterwards, that an attack was targeting this city, which is home to an important commercial port on the Black Sea.
The home port of the Russian Black Sea Fleet is located in Sevastopol, approximately 190 kilometers from Feodosia.
Several Russian ships are also currently docked in the city’s port, according to Russian media outlets.
