Dough Ingredients
- 6 whites
- 6 excited
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
- 1 cup of hot water
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Dough Preparation Method
- Grease and flour a 35 cm x 25 cm pan. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In electric mixer, beat the egg whites.
- Always beating after each addition, add the yolks and then the sugar, chocolate, water, flour and yeast.
- Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out dry.
Chocolate Mousse Ingredients
- 400 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 can of cream
- 1 can of condensed milk
Mousse preparation method
- Melt chocolate in double boiler.
- Add the cream and half the condensed milk.
- Mix well.
- Reserve in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Fill and cover the cake.
- Decorate to taste.
Mom Tips
You can fill the cake with just 2/3 of the mousse and cover the cake with the rest of the mousse mixed with the remaining condensed milk. You will get a more liquid and creamy coverage.
