Dough Ingredients

  • 6 whites
  • 6 excited
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Dough Preparation Method

  1. Grease and flour a 35 cm x 25 cm pan. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In electric mixer, beat the egg whites.
  4. Always beating after each addition, add the yolks and then the sugar, chocolate, water, flour and yeast.
  5. Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out dry.

Chocolate Mousse Ingredients

  • 400 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk

Mousse preparation method

  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
  2. Add the cream and half the condensed milk.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Reserve in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Fill and cover the cake.
  6. Decorate to taste.

Mom Tips

You can fill the cake with just 2/3 of the mousse and cover the cake with the rest of the mousse mixed with the remaining condensed milk. You will get a more liquid and creamy coverage.
