Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- ½ cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- ½ cup chopped green olives
- 2 tablespoons of grated onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 ovo
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour for breading
- Breadcrumbs for breading
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Frying oil
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the wheat flour, stirring for 2 minutes.
- Gradually, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, add the milk.
- Add the chicken, olives and onion and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove, add the green fillet, lemon juice, egg and season with pepper and salt.
- Let cool.
- Shape the croquettes with your hands and dip them in wheat flour, eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Serve immediately.
