  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ cup (tea) wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • ½ cup chopped green olives
  • 2 tablespoons of grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 ovo
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour for breading
  • Breadcrumbs for breading
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Frying oil

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, melt the butter and add the wheat flour, stirring for 2 minutes.
  2. Gradually, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, add the milk.
  3. Add the chicken, olives and onion and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Remove, add the green fillet, lemon juice, egg and season with pepper and salt.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Shape the croquettes with your hands and dip them in wheat flour, eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  8. Drain on paper towel.
  9. Serve immediately.
