- 1 large sanitized apple
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Filling preparation method
- Cut the apples in half and remove the center part.
- Slice the apples 3 mm thick.
- Place all ingredients in a pan.
- Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the apple and reserve the syrup.
Homemade Pasta Ingredients
- 1 glass of wheat
- 120 grams of unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of apple syrup
- Honey for brushing
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Dough Preparation Method
- Mix the first 4 ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Roll out the dough and cut into strips 5 cm wide and approximately 35 cm long.
- Sprinkle the strips with sugar and cinnamon.
- On each slice, lengthwise, distribute the apple slices next to each other, so that the apple skins stick out of the dough.
- The uncovered part of the dough; fold it so that it partially covers the apple.
- Roll up like a roulade.
- Place in a greased baking dish or in a cupcake form.
- Brush with honey.
- Bake at medium temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
Mom Tips
Honey can be replaced with apricot jam dissolved over heat with a little water.
Homemade dough can be replaced with ready-made puff pastry. In this case, after opening, brush the dough with melted butter or margarine, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon before adding the apple.
With 400 grams of puff pastry and 6 small apples you can obtain approximately 16 pieces.
