Ingredients
- 150 grams of potatoes
- 250 grams of wheat flour
- ½ cup (American type) of warm milk
- 20 grams of baking powder for bread
- Salt to taste
- ½ tablespoon of butter
- ½ tablespoon of sugar
- 250 grams of mozzarella cheese
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Oregano to taste
- 1 ovo
- Olive oil to taste
Preparation Mode
- Grease a pizza pan with olive oil and set aside.
- Cook the potato and reserve 4 to 5 potato slices for decoration.
- Pass the rest through the juicer.
- Dissolve the yeast in the milk and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the squeezed potato, with the wheat flour, egg, butter, salt and yeast.
- Knead until you obtain a dough with a smooth consistency.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Stretch the dough over the pan and brush it with the tomato sauce.
- Place in the oven to lightly bake.
- Remove, cover with cheese and oregano and return to the oven.
- When the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, also decorate with fried bacon.
