Humm… your meal is much tastier and more nutritious! Try this pizza for a snack!


  • 150 grams of potatoes
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • ½ cup (American type) of warm milk
  • 20 grams of baking powder for bread
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tablespoon of butter
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar
  • 250 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • 1 ovo
  • Olive oil to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a pizza pan with olive oil and set aside.
  2. Cook the potato and reserve 4 to 5 potato slices for decoration.
  3. Pass the rest through the juicer.
  4. Dissolve the yeast in the milk and set aside.
  5. In a bowl, mix the squeezed potato, with the wheat flour, egg, butter, salt and yeast.
  6. Knead until you obtain a dough with a smooth consistency.
  7. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  8. Stretch the dough over the pan and brush it with the tomato sauce.
  9. Place in the oven to lightly bake.
  10. Remove, cover with cheese and oregano and return to the oven.
  11. When the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, also decorate with fried bacon.
