A very tasty and easy-to-make pot of meat. Try it!
Ingredients
- 600 grams of picanha in medium cubes
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1 cup chopped carrot
- 1 bunch of fennel
- 2 and ½ cups of water
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of coarse salt
- 1 and ½ cups of mushrooms (cut in half)
- 1 beef broth cube
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- ½ cup (tea) of water
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, mix the wine, carrot, fennel, water, garlic and salt.
- Add the meat, mix well and leave to soak for 1 hour.
- Strain and reserve the sauce.
- In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the meat until golden.
- Add the mushrooms and fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the reserved sauce, the flour dissolved in the water and the bouillon cube.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Serve immediately.
Mom Tips
If necessary, reduce or increase the amount of water.
