Ingredients
- 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 box of Catupiry® cream cheese
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 1 cube of chicken broth
- 1 cup (tea) of water
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten and sifted
- Oil
Preparation Mode
- Bring the milk, chicken broth, water and butter to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the flour all at once, stirring constantly, until it comes off the pan.
- Place the mixture on a smooth, dry surface and let it cool.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into circles.
- Fill each circle with cream cheese.
- Close the edges tightly to prevent them from opening, shaping the rissole.
- Dip in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in oil.
- Drain and place on paper towel.
