  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 box of Catupiry® cream cheese
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 cube of chicken broth
  • 1 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 cups (tea) of breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten and sifted
  • Oil

Preparation Mode

  1. Bring the milk, chicken broth, water and butter to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour all at once, stirring constantly, until it comes off the pan.
  3. Place the mixture on a smooth, dry surface and let it cool.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into circles.
  5. Fill each circle with cream cheese.
  6. Close the edges tightly to prevent them from opening, shaping the rissole.
  7. Dip in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
  8. Fry in oil.
  9. Drain and place on paper towel.
