Take advantage of being at the beach or bringing crabs from there to make this light and delicious salad!
Ingredients
- ½ kg of frozen crab meat or
- 18 fresh crabs
- Cleaned lettuce leaves
- Yellow and red pepper strips
- 3 boiled eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- red orange
- Avocado (optional)
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Using the frozen crab, place them in a pan with salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan so they cook in their own juice.
- Using fresh crabs, cook in water with salt and pepper.
- Remove all edible parts.
- Peel and chop the oranges; Collect the juice that escapes during preparation and set aside.
- Peel and cut the avocado into wedges, pouring over the lemon juice so they don’t darken.
- In a large or individual salad bowl, place the lettuce leaves.
- Place the crab meat in the center.
- Decorate with peppers, avocado, tomatoes and boiled eggs.
- Separately, add the mayonnaise and the juice collected from the oranges.
- Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Place in a gravy boat and serve with the salad.
