Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- ½ cup (tea) oil
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Breadcrumbs
- Margarine

- 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- ½ can of tomato sauce
- Basil leaves to taste
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a blender, beat the rice, oil, milk, cheese and eggs.
- Beat well, add the salt, yeast and beat again enough to mix.
- Grease a 30 cm diameter round baking dish with margarine.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and shake off excess.
- Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
- Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and distribute the mozzarella cheese over it.
- Sprinkle with basil leaves and decorate as desired.
- Place back in the oven until the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.
