Another pizza that is delicious for spending unforgettable moments with your family or friends.


  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • ½ cup (tea) oil
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Margarine

Ingredients Coverage

  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ can of tomato sauce
  • Basil leaves to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. In a blender, beat the rice, oil, milk, cheese and eggs.
  3. Beat well, add the salt, yeast and beat again enough to mix.
  4. Grease a 30 cm diameter round baking dish with margarine.
  5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and shake off excess.
  6. Pour the dough into the pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  7. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and distribute the mozzarella cheese over it.
  8. Sprinkle with basil leaves and decorate as desired.
  9. Place back in the oven until the cheese melts.
  10. Serve immediately.

Amount of tomato sauce = 175 grams
