Ingredients
- 1 cup of minute bread mix (from a box)
- ¼ cup butter at room temperature
- Hot water
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, place the bread mix, thyme, butter and mix well.
- Gradually add 3 tablespoons of hot water and stir until you get a ball that comes away from the sides of the bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
- Take a portion of dough and shape it into the desired shape with your hands.
- Sprinkle each biscuit with the grated cheese and press down a little.
- Arrange the cookies on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving a space of 2.5 cm between them.
- Place them in the oven and let them bake for approximately 10 minutes or until they are lightly golden.
- Remove and let cool.
Mom Tips
Butter can be replaced with margarine.
Dried thyme keeps well in a container without humidity and protected from light.
