Ingredients

  • 1 cup of minute bread mix (from a box)
  • ¼ cup butter at room temperature
  • Hot water
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, place the bread mix, thyme, butter and mix well.
  2. Gradually add 3 tablespoons of hot water and stir until you get a ball that comes away from the sides of the bowl.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
  4. Take a portion of dough and shape it into the desired shape with your hands.
  5. Sprinkle each biscuit with the grated cheese and press down a little.
  6. Arrange the cookies on an ungreased baking sheet, leaving a space of 2.5 cm between them.
  7. Place them in the oven and let them bake for approximately 10 minutes or until they are lightly golden.
  8. Remove and let cool.

Mom Tips

Butter can be replaced with margarine.

Dried thyme keeps well in a container without humidity and protected from light.
