Cooking enthusiasts have surely not missed the news: the show “Tous en cuisine” is coming back to the screens very soon. As of August 7, the program will go into holiday mode to offer viewers delicious summer recipes. Cyril Lignac offers, for the occasion, to put the small dishes in the big ones: barbecue, salad or even granitas: the chef intends to bring the sun to our plates. And precisely to be ready on Monday, here is the list of ingredients from August 7th to August 11th. You will be able to buy them and prepare your weighings before the show starts at 6:35 p.m.. So be ready for the culinary rendezvous of the summer. Be careful though, these menus may whet your appetite!
DISH: BREADED FISH BURGER, WASABI TARTAR SAUCE
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 4 pains burger
- 4 fillets of white fish or salmon of 150 g
- 40g flour
- 2 egg whites
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 2 peeled avocados
- 4 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 2 spring onions
- 1 piece of vintage cheddar
- 25 g semi-salted butter
- Olive oil
- Fine salt and ground pepper
For the sauce:
- 100g homemade mayonnaise
- 50g Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon of wasabi paste
- 100 g lemon juice
- 140 g pickles
- 80g capers

DESSERT: PEACH GRANITE, SMOOTH CREAM
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 3 frozen yellow peaches
- 1 fresh peach
- 4 spoonfuls of raw cream or crème fraîche from Isigny
- 3 spoons of Greek yogurt
- 25g roasted pistachios
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Maple syrup
STARTER: EGGPLANT CAVIAR WITH TAHINI, POMEGRANATE
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 3 washed eggplants
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Fleur de sel and ground pepper
- 1 seeded pomegranate
- A few leaves of basil and fresh mint
- 4 lemon wedges
For the tahini cream:
- 150g tahini paste
- 50g lemon juice
- 100g water
DISH: SPICY CHICKEN SKEWERS, CUCUMBER SALAD
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 4 good sized chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon of harissa
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled, degermed and minced
- 2 tablespoons runny honey
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander seeds
- The juice of a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 pains pitas
For the salad:
- 2 good handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 cucumber
- 50 g grated parmesan
- Olive oil
- flower of salt
- The juice of a lemon
For the garlic sauce:
- 1 head of garlic, peeled and degermed
- Olive oil
- The juice of a lemon
- 3 tablespoons of creamy fromage frais such as labneh Greek yogurt

DISH: SANDWICH-ROLL OF MARINATED TUNA, MAYONNAISE
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 160 g tuna marinated in olive oil
- 2 washed tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons plain mayonnaise
- 4 new onions peeled
- 1 green bell pepper, peeled and seeded
- 4 boiled eggs
- 4 to 8 marinated anchovy fillets
- A few black olives from Nice
- 2 small hearts of lettuce, washed
- 4 hot dog buns (if they are round, cut the sides so that the crumb is visible)
- A few basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Fine salt and fleur de sel
DESSERT : FRUITS MELBA
The ingredients for 4 people :
For the peaches in syrup:
- 4 fresh, ripe peaches
- 40 cl of water
- 45 cl of sweet wine
- 250g sugar
- 1 lemon zest
- A few basil leaves
- ½ liter of vanilla ice cream
- ½ liter strawberry sorbet
- 4 tablespoons vanilla whipped cream
- 125g fresh strawberries
- 50g slivered almonds
- A few ice cubes
STARTER: MARINATED FISH CEVICHE, TIGER LECHE SAUCE
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 2 skinless sea bream fillets, 150 g each
- 1 fillet of red tuna of 70 g
- 8 cooked and peeled prawns
- 1 avocado cut in 4
- 1 lime zest
- Olive oil
- Guérande flower of salt
For the leche de tigre sauce
- 1 peeled onion
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and degermed
- 1 long red chilli, seeded
- 1 piece of ginger 5 cm peeled
- 1 stalk of celery
- ½ bunch coriander + a few leaves for garnish
- 1 tablespoon coarse cooking salt
- 4 limes
DISH: GRILLED TARTINE OF CONFITE TOMATOES WITH BURRATA
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 1 baguette tradition
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and degermed
- 4 burratas
- Olive oil
- 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
- Fleur de sel and ground pepper or Espelette pepper
DISH: VEAL MEATBALLS WITH LEMON, POLENTA
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 300 g minced veal
- 15 g grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- 50 g of the ricotta
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 50 g crustless sandwich bread soaked in milk and squeezed
- 1 untreated lemon zest
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Fine salt and ground pepper
For the sauce:
- The juice of a lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 bay leaves
- 25g unsalted butter
- ¼ liter chicken stock cube
- Olive oil
For the polenta:
- 125g pre-cooked cornmeal polenta
- 50 cl chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon mascarpone
- 20g butter
- 20 g grated parmesan
DESSERT: ETON MESS, CHANTILLY AND MERINGUE WITH CHERRIES AND CHOCOLATE
The ingredients for 4 people :
- 250 g washed cherries, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons amarena cherries in syrup
- 1 piece of dark chocolate
- 2 large meringues or 4 to 6 small meringues
- 20 cl of full liquid cream 35% fat whipped with 20 g of vanilla icing sugar
For the chocolate sauce:
- 9 cl whole milk
- 10 cl of full liquid cream
- 120g crushed dark chocolate
- 30g caster sugar
