Dough Preparation Method

  1. Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie, add the semi-sweet chocolate and mix well until the chocolate dissolves completely.
  2. Add the liqueur, essence, cream and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Make balls with the help of a teaspoon and place on a sheet of baking paper.
  5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  1. Melt 2/3 of the milk chocolate in a bain-marie, add the rest and mix until melted.
  2. Temper the chocolate, stirring until it becomes shiny.
  3. Dip the balls in chocolate, sprinkle and decorate with almonds.
  4. Place on parchment paper and let dry for approximately 30 minutes before wrapping or serving.
