Dough Preparation Method
- Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie, add the semi-sweet chocolate and mix well until the chocolate dissolves completely.
- Add the liqueur, essence, cream and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Make balls with the help of a teaspoon and place on a sheet of baking paper.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- Temper the chocolate, stirring until it becomes shiny.
