A very tasty apple dessert, simple and quick to make, it cannot be missing from your menu.


  • 4 large apples, peeled and seeded, chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¾ cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • ½ cup cubed cold butter
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of finely flaked oats
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • Cream/whipped cream or ice cream (optional)

Preparation Mode

  1. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  2. Grease a refractory pan with butter.
  3. Mix the apple with the lemon and place in the mold. Reserve.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cinnamon, sugar, flour, oats and butter until you obtain coarse crumbs.
  5. Spread over the apple and sprinkle with walnuts.
  6. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
  7. Serve hot or cold with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can also add chopped banana in addition to the apple.
