Ingredients
- 1 and ½ cups of arborio rice
- 1 beaten egg
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Filling Ingredients
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise with balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of green chilli, finely chopped
Ingredients for breading
- Wheat flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Beaten eggs
Preparation Mode
- In a bowl, mix the rice with the egg, pepper and salt. Reserve.
- In another container, mix all the filling ingredients.
- With a small portion of the rice mixture, form balls and make a depression in the center.
- Stuff the ball and close.
- Dip the balls in wheat flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry them in very hot oil.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Serve immediately.
